1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions aim to define the general conditions for the sale of tickets for the O Fole Roncou (OFR) festival at https://ofoleroncouvalencia.com, the use of personal data, and other relevant topics related to the OFR Festival. The festival is organized by the Forró Valencia Association (FV), registered with CIF: G98923691 in Valencia, Spain. Participants in the event are referred to as “users” in this document.
2. Payment
To successfully purchase a ticket, the user must pay the amount for the chosen ticket using the payment method available on the OFR website. The user’s purchase will be completed when they receive a confirmation email from info@ofoleroncouvalencia.com with the subject line “TICKET – O FOLE RONCOU 2024 – Order {OrderNumber}.” This email will contain the purchased ticket with a visible QR code.
The OFR Festival is not responsible for payment process failures or delays. In case of payment processing errors, the user should repeat the purchase process. Payments are processed through the Servired/RedSys payment gateway. The OFR website does not store credit card data under any circumstances.
3. Prices
Prices are published on the OFR website and official social media channels (Facebook and Instagram). Prices should be understood in Euros.
4. Cambios en tickets y Devoluciones
IN THE EVENT OF THE 2024 EDITION OF O FOLE RONCOU BEING POSTPONED FOR ANY REASON, ALL TICKETS FOR THE 2024 EDITION WILL REMAIN VALID FOR THE 2025 EDITION.
No ticket refunds are accepted, but the O Fole Roncou Festival supports participants through the Facebook group OFR24 – Tickets exchange / Intercambio de tickets for buying and selling second-hand tickets. However, please note that the OFR Festival is not responsible for resold or exchanged tickets.
IN CASE OF TICKET RESALE OR EXCHANGE, it is mandatory to fill out the form at the following link: Ticket Exchange Form.
NOT FILLING OUT THE FORM MAY PREVENT THE NEW TICKET HOLDER FROM ACCESSING THE EVENT
5. User support
In case it is necessary, any request for information, doubt, or complaint should be directed to soporte@ofoleroncouvalencia.com .
6. Responsibility
All the content and prices described and presented on the OFR website are the responsibility of the Event Promoter, Festival OFR Association (Asociación FV), and this content may:
- Be modified at any time and without prior notice by the same;
- Be outdated or contain errors.
It is the user’s responsibility to present the purchased ticket with the visible QR Code along with an official personal identification document to participate in the Festival OFR. The user is also obliged to use and keep visible any additional identification provided by the Festival OFR during the Festival activities.
In situations where a person behaves improperly or abusively towards the organization or anyone present at the event, regardless of the applicable legal procedure, the responsible team reserves the right to request that the person leave.
The organization is not responsible for personal items brought to or left at the event.
7. Privacy & Security Policy
- Data Protection Measures: The event organization takes technical measures to ensure the privacy of entrusted information. User data is protected and will only be used exclusively for Festival OFR purposes. Third-party applications will access this data only when absolutely necessary (e.g., payment platforms).
- Photographs and Images: By participating in Festival OFR, users consent to authorize the use of photographs and images captured during festival activities by festival photographers. These images may be used for advertising initiatives by Festival OFR or the FV Association, and users waive any rights or compensation related to this use. Photographs and videos may be reproduced in various formats.
- Program and Updates: The festival program (start and end times, location, instructors, artists) is subject to last-minute changes or cancellations due to external reasons. Follow social media and the website for updates.
- Ticket Cancellation: The festival reserves the right to cancel tickets in cases of fraud, misuse of discount coupons, or unauthorized early purchases by users
